WhatsApp Down in India: Major Outage Disrupts Users Nationwide

By Jitendra Indave On Wednesday, November 27, 2024

Monday, November 26, 2024 is a day that WhatsApp users in India are not going to forget because there was a server problem that affected a large number of users and left the web and mobile version of the app inoperable for hours. With this being one of the most popular messaging apps in the country, WhatsApp is necessary in everyday activities such as sending a typical good morning text or sending a video. Therefore, when the application is inactive, the number of users waiting for it to be active is significantly high.

.

Users could locate and report the outage on Downdetector.in, which monitors service outages. A sudden increase in outages reported confirmed the magnitude of the issue, with WhatsApp’s browser version being the worst affected at over 59% of complaints. On the other hand, about 32% of the total complaints were from users having trouble with the mobile application. The blow was largely felt in major urban areas including Delhi, Mumbai, Lucknow and Jaipur.

Till date, November 27, 2024, the problem has not been resolved and this has put thousands of users in a very annoying and troublesome situation.

As of yet, no official statement has been issued concerning the current issues, and this is why many users do not know when the service will be back up. This seems to be the case with Meta that owns WhatsApp, as the company has still not commented on the outage.

Phone 15 Pro Max Review: Good Value Brought Down Steeply

By Jitendra Indave On Saturday, November 23, 2024
Though the iPhone 15 Pro Max was launched earlier than the other models which include the iPhone 16 Pro, it remains competitive in terms of performance and capabilities. It was released in September 2023, but the price cut was more than anticipated. And for people whose key concern is the iPhone experience rather than the latest and greatest one, this is an appealing product to consider as well.
Phone 15 Pro Max Review

Pricing & Offers

The iPhone 15 Pro Max comes cheaper in events like the Black Friday Sales on Amazon and Flipkart. Initially listed at ₹1,59,999, the iPhone 15 Pro Max can be found around ₹1,15,900. With an ICICI Amazon credit card, one can get the device for around ₹1,10,105, which further adds to the savings. iPhone 15 Pro Max can also be found in Flipkart at ₹1,23,999 making it suitable for customers who are on the lookout for iPhones for discounted prices.

And if this is done, the iPhone 15 Pro Max owners will not regret the decision to go for this phone instead of the latest ones like the iPhone 16 Pro where minimal upgrades do not warrant the additional cost.

Why Select the iPhone 15 Pro Max?

The iPhone 16 Pro has the latest A18 Pro chip, however, the iPhone 15 Pro Max is equipped with the powerful A17 Pro chip which still delivers a superb performance that isn’t disappointing by any means. In everyday life, the factor of the difference in operating speed of the chipsets is almost not noticeable. Therefore, if you are not engaged in hyper-specialized work, you probably won’t experience any choking.

The other major advantage of this phone is undoubtedly its screen which is larger than many devices thus making the device perfect for those who enjoy streaming media. Be it television series or games, the fact that its larger display is designed along with an extended battery makes all these activities seamless. There is also great camera features available as well as video recording options that will appeal to any person who is into photography grams.

Together, optical image stabilization (3x Telephoto), 3D sensor-shift optical image stabilization (5x Telephoto), and second-generation sensor-shift optical image stabilization (Main) guarantee fluid video recording even when you're moving.

Battery Life: Thanks to its bigger battery and effective hardware-software balancing, the iPhone 15 Pro Max is a perfect choice for those with a busy lifestyle, as it has all the potential of lasting a day. No matter if you are watching video content, browsing the internet, or operating applications, the iPhone 15 Pro Max is designed to endure.

• 5G connectivity: With the iPhone 15 Pro Max, 5G technology gives users better upload and download speeds with less lag and more reliable connections, ensuring that you are ready for the next generation of technology.

• Storage Options: Furthermore, the phone supports multiple storage options including: (128GB, 256GB, 512GB and 1TB) which gives you ample space for apps, pictures and videos. Most customers would find the 256GB variant to be an ideal choice.

Should You Still Buy the iPhone 15 Pro Max?

While we obviously prefer the iPhone 16 Pro, the slightly older iPhone 15 Pro Max is still a truly powerful flagship that can be had for substantially less. Offering a larger display, bigger battery, prime-quality camera system, and brilliant video-recording abilities: everything you need in flagship phone. Combined with the situational discount from its price cut, it suddenly becomes exponentially more desirable, as compared to newer models.

By Jitendra Indave On Wednesday, January 03, 2024
JIO-Starlink

Akash Ambani, the leader of Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited, showcased a forthcoming satellite-based internet service to Prime Minister Narendra Modi during the India Mobile Congress. Under Akash Ambani's guidance, Reliance Jio has already transformed the telecommunications sector in India by introducing cost-effective 5G plans and devices. In recent months, the company has introduced various products to cater to the needs of the Indian population.

Reliance Jio's internet service has become widely popular in India, and in an effort to expand high-speed internet access, Akash Ambani is preparing to launch a superfast satellite broadband service, similar to Elon Musk's Starlink. This Ambani-owned satellite-based service, named JioSpaceFiber, is designed to deliver high-speed broadband to previously unreachable regions in the country. While the official launch details have not been disclosed, an Economic Times report suggests that Jio is expected to receive landing rights and market access authorizations from the Indian National Space Promotion and Authorization Centre (IN-SPACe) later this month.

Currently, a low earth orbit (LEO) satellite company supported by Sunil Bharti Mittal has obtained the necessary regulatory approvals from IN-SPACe. OneWeb India, backed by Mittal, has secured approval to launch Eutelsat OneWeb's commercial satellite broadband services in the country. It's essential to note that obtaining IN-SPACe approval, GMPCS license, and spectrum from the Department of Telecommunications (DoT) is a prerequisite for offering satellite communication services in India.
