Yesterday, TRAI has asked telecom operators to increase
plan validity so that customers can not face any kind of problem in terms of
communications. More ever TRAI has also
demanded the information on the steps being taken by telecom operators for uninterrupted
service to the customers. Increasing the validity of the plan is a good move to provide
hasslefree service to the customer.
