The Oppo R17 has been given a RAM of 8 GB with 128 GB internal storage which is expandable using microSD slot. The main highlight of this phone is that in-display fingerprint scanner is given in it. This smartphone has a 6.4-inch screen with the FHD+ display which has the resolution of 1080 x 2280. For the screen protection corning gorilla glass 6 has been used. This is the first device with Corning Gorilla 6 protection. The primary camera is 16 megapixels, whereas the secondary camera is given of 25 megapixels. The camera is supported by AI technology for clicking and editing pictures.LED Flash has been given for both cameras.

No information found regarding launching and price for India till now. As per the information found oppo's official weibo account the sale of oppo R17 and oppo R17 pro will start from 23 August in Shanghai, China.
