The Taiwanese manufacturer has been launched Asus Zenfone 5 Series in India. The Asus Zenfone 5Z has a 6.2 inches Full HD + (1080 x 2246 pixels) display that offers more colour-accurate images.
It is equipped with Qualcomm SDM845 Snapdragon 845 chipset. Total three variants were launched of these series – Zenfone 5Z, Zenfone 5and Zenfone 5 Lite in the events of MWC 2018. Out of these model series, only Zenfone 5Z made an official entry in Indian smartphone market.
Total in three model these series have been launched in India. The first variant comes with 6 GB of RAM and 64 GB internal storage, costs at Rs29,999. The second variant comes with 6 GB RAM and 128 GB internal storage, costs at Rs.32,999 and the final variant which costs 36,999 comes with8 GB RAM and 256 GB internal storage.

Asus Zenfone 5Z features rear camera setup of 12-megapixel Sony IMX363 primary sensor, with f/1.8 aperture and support for OIS, and a secondary 8-megapixel OmniVision 8856 sensor with fixed focus, f/2.2 aperture, and a 120-degree wide-angle lens.
The connectivity point of view user gets Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, WiFi Direct, hotspot, Bluetooth v5.0, A2DP, LE, GPS, NFC, Radio, USB Type C and Fingerprint (rear-mounted), accelerometer, gyro, proximity, compass.
